2. Buy Marriott points at 1c/mile until 9/15
3. Buy Hilton points at 0.5c/point through 9/18
4. Buy Hyatt points at 1.68c/point through 9/30

Always be mindful of getting a better return on points than what you spend on them. For e.g., only spend 100,000 Hilton points on a property if the cash rate is more than $500, otherwise you are better of just using the cash you spent on points on the cash rate.
